Once your request is received, we schedule a call with you to discuss the details. Thereafter, Chef Michael McCray personally reviews your details and begins curating a menu designed specifically for your gathering. We consider the occasion, dietary preferences, and the overall atmosphere you want to create.
To officially reserve your experience, a non-refundable retainer is required. This allows us to lock the date; begin planning, sourcing ingredients, and preparing the logistics necessary to deliver a seamless experience.
